The Consorzio Torino Time (CTT) has been established on April 2nd 2004 on initiative of the Comitato Promotore Programma Galileo (funded in Turin on February 2003 by Public Regional Entities) with the aim to bid for the Galileo PTF Element and related timing Projects.
